MarkOne is a habit tracking application developed by Capucho Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the MarkOne application (“App”), available on iOS, Android, macOS, and Web.

3.1 Local storage

Your habit data, checklists, and settings are stored locally on your device using SQLite. The App works 100% offline.

3.2 Cloud storage

If you create an account and have a Premium subscription, your data is synced with Google Cloud Firestore (a Firebase/Google Cloud service). Servers are located in the United States and follow Google Cloud Platform security standards.

3.3 Authentication

Account management is handled by Firebase Authentication. Your password is encrypted and we do not have access to it in plain text.

3.4 Payments

Subscriptions are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment data on our servers.
